Barry is a business and enterprise transformation leader whose experience spans enterprise strategy, operating model design, program management, and process improvement in complex, regulated environments. His work connects strategic priorities with the capabilities, ownership, and operating practices needed to carry them forward.
Transformation experience
His experience includes leading modernization and operational alignment across 21 business units, establishing an enterprise baseline of more than 550 capabilities, and strengthening governance and review processes. Across these efforts, his focus has been making organizational complexity understandable enough to support decisions and action.
