Final pricing is established during scoping and reflects capability count, organizational complexity, evidence requirements, and assessment boundaries.
A CHA covering up to 10 prioritized capabilities is typically completed within 60 calendar days following scope confirmation and availability of required stakeholders and evidence.
Larger or more complex assessments are scheduled during scoping.
The Capability Health Assessment identifies findings, transformation priorities, and a Prioritization Roadmap. It does not include a long-term Transformation Plan, detailed solution design, implementation, or execution.
The roadmap answers what requires attention and what should come first. Transformation Planning separately addresses how the organization will execute the longer-term change.
