What CHA Does?
The Capability Health Assessment identifies what your company’s capability needs, addresses transformation priorities, and provides an Executive Action Recommendation (EAR) at the end of the engagement.
1. Align on Strategy & Scope
Establish the organizational context, intended outcomes, assessment boundaries, and evidence requirements.
2. Confirm Prioritized Capabilities
Validate the capabilities included in the assessment and their relationship to the outcome being pursued.
3. Gather Stakeholder Input & Evidence
Collect relevant documentation, performance evidence, and stakeholder perspectives.
4. Assess Health, Gaps & Dependencies
Evaluate capability conditions and identify the factors affecting performance or readiness.
5. Deliver Findings & EAR
Translate the evidence into findings, priorities, and recommended near-term actions.
The CHA does not include a long-term Transformation Plan, detailed solution design, implementation, or execution. Planning separately addresses how the organization will execute the longer-term change.

CHA Executive Brief
A concise executive-level view of assessment findings, material capability conditions, and decision considerations.
After Action Review (AAR)
A structured review of what the assessment revealed, including significant observations, recurring conditions, and lessons relevant to subsequent action.
Executive Action Recommendation (EAR)
A sequenced 0–6 month set of recommended actions identifying where attention should begin and what should come next.

Starting at $25,000
Includes assessment of up to five prioritized capabilities.
A CHA covering up to five prioritized capabilities are typically completed within 45 calendar days following scope confirmation and availability of required stakeholders and evidence.
Final pricing is established during scoping and reflects capability count, organizational complexity, evidence requirements, and assessment boundaries. Larger or more complex assessments are scheduled during scoping.
